Generally, hats take less than a week, crop tops with tie backs about a week, shawls around 4-6 weeks, and scarves typically 2-3 weeks. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. For premade items, full payment is required upfront. For custom pieces, we typically split the payment into two parts: a deposit to cover supplies and a final payment for any additional materials and labor. You can pay through our website, Venmo, Cashapp, PayPal, or even cash in person.
What is the best way to care for my crocheted item?
To keep your crocheted item looking its best, we recommend using either Eucalan soap or Dawn dish soap. Fill a sink with warm water and add a capful of soap, mixing until it bubbles slightly. Submerge your item completely and let it soak for 15 minutes. Gently press out excess water without wringing. Lay a towel flat, place your item on top, and roll the towel tightly to press out more water. You can even step on the rolled towel. Finally, lay your item flat to dry, pressing it into shape if needed.
What is the delivery time for my order?
Delivery times depend on your location and the type of item you've ordered. Premade items usually ship within 1-2 business days. Custom orders might take a bit longer, depending on their complexity and the time needed to create them. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number to keep an eye on your package's journey.
What are the delivery charges?
